Job Title :- Care Worker (no previous experience needed) Job Type :- Permanent Full -Time Salary - £9.10 per hour Profile Our client are a provider of Home Care. They currently provide care in the Lincolnshire region of the country, but are expanding into Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire and Norfolk. Who they are: Our client are one of the largest providers of care & support services for the Lincolnshire area. They deliver support on behalf of the local authority & clinical commissioning groups. They have recently been asked to increase this coverage into Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire and are planning a large recruitment drive across this year to meet the need. The role: As a Care Assistant you will be helping people in the local community to live as independently as possible in their homes. This is done by providing the best standards of care and support. You will be:- Assisting with personal care, ensuring that their service user are supported in being as independent as possible. Assisting clients in getting washed and dressed and preparing meals. Light household tasks You as a person: Ideally you have come from a care background, but this is not essential as full training will be given. This will include putting you through your NVQ. You will need to be caring, empathetic and compassionate, with a real need to help people. You will need to have your own transport and a driving licence as you will need to get around your local area. The role is very flexible with hours. Each role can be different. Some require early mornings, some late afternoons, some evenings, some nights and in some cases even weekends. This however is dependent on the care worker and can be a combination of these, or just one.
