Overview
Pertemps Kettering are recruiting for a skilled Flexographic Print Minder for our well established client in Wellingborough. The Flexographic Print Minder would manage the printing and would report to the Print Manager, within a group who are above all friendly and hardworking. The candidate would work with our range of state-of-the-art printing presses, according to a daily shift pattern of 6am-3pm, then 1pm-10pm rotating weekly. We operate a fast-paced work environment with high standards. We always aim to promote excellent teamwork and support to one another. This is a great opportunity to join a very skilled printing team. Roles and responsibilities: • Operate our flexographic printing press as required • Daily maintenance and care of print machinery • Complete documentation for traceability and BRC • Ensure daily schedules are met • Organise systems to ensure all jobs for print shift are ready • Manage print and colour consistency, updating colour standard documentation • Assist in the planning of print trials for new projects Required skill set: • A minimum of 1 year flexographic print experience is preferred • An excellent team working ethic • Diligent and attentive to detail • A pro-active, problem solving approach • Experience operating label conversion processes is an advantage Salary is dependant on experience and will be discussed and negotiated at interview stage.
