CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator – Days - £14ph OT – Leek Our client is a well-established engineering business that specialise in the design and manufacture of high value and complex components which are supplied into industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical and Defence. They work to extremely high-quality standards and deliver a fast and reliable service to their customers due to their proactive approach and professionalism throughout the team. They continue to invest back into the business and are growing the order book so now require an experienced CNC Miller to join the team. To be considered for the role you must: · Ideally be Apprentice Trained / Time served · Have a strong CNC Milling background of at least 3 years · Be able to work directly from engineering drawings · Have strong Hurco controls experience · Have experience working with one off pieces and small batches · Be able to inspect your own work using various measuring equipment This is a standard day shift role working a 39-hour week with hours of 7.30am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and working 7.30am – 3pm on a Friday. The role is paying rates up to £14ph depending on your previous experience and skills but also offers good overtime paid at time and a half so there is good earning potential in the role. The company is continuing to grow so there is potential for career progression for the right candidates.
