CNC Miller / CNC Programmer / CNC Setter / CNC Operator Location : Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 5RJ Position : Permanent, Full Time Salary : Competitive Overtime Benefits (listed below) The ideal candidate will have experience in operating & programming 3 axis CNC milling machines (Hurco conversational controls). About Us We are a family run, sub contract CNC & conventional machine shop, located in Leek, Staffordshire. The company has more than 30 years of experience specialising in precision engineering and employs a highly skilled team of experienced engineers, operating CNC and conventional centre lathes, CNC and conventional vertical milling machines, including slotting and external cylindrical grinding. We have many years of experience in machining all ferrous, non-ferrous metals and specialised alloys. The role will involve: Programming, setting & operating CNC milling machines. Machining one off & small batch components. Working to tight tolerances & deadlines. Able to interpret & work to engineering drawings without supervision. Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment & carry out self-inspection. Work on own initiative. The Benefits: A competitive salary Overtime paid at appropriate rate as and when available. This is a full time permanent role at 39 hours per week. Basic working hours: Mon - Thurs 7.30am - 4.00pm, Fri 7.30am - 3.00pm Free onsite parking Company pension scheme which you will automatically be enrolled into from the day you join.
