Overview
Pact are delighted to be supporting this returning client that is looking for an experienced Resource Planning Analyst to join its busy contact centre operation. The Resource Planning Analyst will be responsible for creating resource plans including scheduling rotas and shift patterns in WFM technology and supporting the real-time operation. Key Responsibilities Create and develop schedules in workforce management technology looking at shrinkage etc Work with key stakeholders across the business to deliver detailed analysis and reporting Optimise workforce management tool to deliver effective resource plans to the highest level Provide detailed analysis for "what if" scenario modelling Share best practice with department and team members Manage the process and provide impact assessment of business changes Key Requirements Experience in contact centre resource planning and scheduling Experience in using workforce management systems Advanced level Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate complex data into management information Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders If you are interested in this contact centre Resource Planning Analyst opportunity with Pact Recruit, please forward your CV by applying via the link provided.
