What you will be doing; Working closely with the Recruitment & Compliance Team Leader/Manager the resourcer will be responsible for completing the end to end recruitment process for all new candidates joining the division. Candidate Generation Maintain a consistent pipeline of new quality candidates registering with Pulse Nursing Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates Optimising search engines/Google, general registers and forums that are relevant to your field in addition to traditional candidate attraction strategies CV searching, Headhunting & Database cleansing Job board advertising Registering PULSE website applications Job fairs and open days Dedicating time to supporting the hard to fill/shortage areas each week, liaising with the BM and consultants to ensure business needs are being met About you; Great organisation skills Eye for detail Experience working in a similar role Drive and ambition What we can offer you Salary: £18,000 We recognise that everyone has different priorities and lifestyles, and our flexible benefits package reflects this.
