Business Implementation Project Manager / ERP Project Manager Clitheroe / North West Competitive Salary 22.5% pension contribution Bonus Share Scheme Flexible and Home Working Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for an Business Implementation Project Manager / ERP Project Manager to join our team. Candidates will have experience working within a manufacturing environment with experience working alongside a broad range of ERP projects. Whilst the technical element of the ERP implementation will be carried out by another part of the business, this individual will have excellent communication skills with the ability to represent and the business during the implementation to ensure the project is carried out within set timeframes. Background and Experience Needed: Experience of working with the following: · Experience in system implementation which deliver complex, large scale projects in a global environment · Knowledge of project management tools and techniques · Suitable qualification or experience in change management · Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel · Experience in using or working with PPM tools e.g. Changepoint, Innotas, Daptiv, Planview, KeyedIn · Excellent attention to detail Key Responsibilities: · Lead the project team in determining business requirements and translating these into plans, working with key stakeholders and specialists to ensure that plans are challenging but achievable · Control and manage the delivery of the project to meet the agreed business needs and target outcomes · Acquire, organise and utilise the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost timescales and quality · Support the production of the project business case/s including the identification and validation of expected benefits · Track the realisation of benefits ensuring that there are clear owners accountable for the delivery of the initial and on-going benefits · Monitor, review and report on all project attributes including safety, budget, cost, resource and risk, ensuring that there are adequate processes and controls in place · Proactively ensure there are timely and appropriate solutions developed to fulfil the business requirements · Establish and implement an effective engagement and communication strategy and plan that takes account of all stakeholder groups, including the project team · Develop the change strategy and plan ensuring that all change impacts are identified, and that required changes are planned and delivered · Establish effective governance and reporting processes for the project, taking account of any wider organisations’ governance/audit requirements.
