We are seeking experienced Collections Advisors for multi award winning challenger lender based in stylish offices in the city centre with excellent transport links. As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for: Delivering a first-class customer experience while making inbound and outbound calls to customers who have fallen into arrears. Manage your own caseload of customers Build long-lasting relationship with the customer and ensuring no further arrears. Showcasing high levels of empathy and determination What we look for in a Collections Advisor: Experience as a B2C Collections Advisor Experience working within a regulated environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport A positive attitude coupled with a can-do approach Package Collections Advisor: Salary £24000, increasing to £27000 based on performance reviews.
