They are a very ambitious and fast growing, multi-discipline recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of Temporary and Permanent professionals covering the IT & Workplace sectors. They provide full training for their staff, together with ongoing mentoring from recruitment industry award winning leaders. Their working environment is very supportive, positive and fun, with a focus on a strong team ethos. Your role would be to work alongside the Delivery Manager, supporting the recruiters with supplying them with well qualified candidates for their open roles. No business development calls required - this is a pure delivery/candidate attraction position - that requires someone with skills to communicate, network, have attention to detail, enjoy telephone work, be creative, have excellent written skills in order to write audible, catchy adverts. My client will consider anyone inside or outside the recruitment industry. A typical day would include working with a team of well-established recruiters understanding what their client requirements are and then deciphering that into an advert, a headhunt approach on linked in, a CRM search or cv searching on job boards.
