If so this could be the job for you Days - £8.72 per hour The Production Operative shift will be 10:00 to 22:00, based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The Production Operative rates of pay will start at £8.72 an hour on days, the rate of pay will increase after 12 weeks. Overtime will be paid at £11.48 an hour.
