Production Process Engineer Are you an experienced & skilled Production / Process Engineer / Manufacturing Process Engineer that has a strong high volume manufacturing background? Are you looking for an exciting role you can put your own stamp on? Production Process Engineer Essential Requirements / Experience: ·The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a hands on Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Process Engineer position ·This person must have a high volume manufacturing background (Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food etc.) ·Must be a hungry and driven individual that wants to put their own stamp on a developing role, a real go getter that can makes things happen Production Process Engineer Salary Package ·£30,000- 40,000 per annum (DOE) ·Flexi time / Flexible working hours ·Early Finish Friday ·Pension ·Personal Development & Career Progression Production Process Engineer The Role · This role is a perfect opportunity for a hands on Manufacturing Process Engineer to take the next step in there career in a varied and challenging role · You will be an integral part of the team in an important upcoming few years for the business and given full responsibility to create a brand new production line for one of the companies · You will be given the freedom from day one to pick and add to the ideas already in mind, take a set of requirements into work packages, identify the right sub-contractors, get them onboard then drive it all to happen · The successful candidate will be working with multiple subcontract work packages which need to come together to create an efficient production line that meets our customer and business expectations in terms of safety, throughput, quality and cost. · Contribute to lean / continuous improvement activities If you are an experienced Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Process Engineer that is familiar with working in a high volume manufacturing environment and seeking a challenging, exciting and varied opportunity for a leader in their field that are going through a good growth period, this is role and company you want to be working for.
