Overview
A Credit Controller is required on a 3-month temporary basis to join an established business based in Southampton, Hampshire. The successful Credit Controller will be offered on-site free parking, flexible working hours and a completion bonus if targets are met. In this fast-paced role, the successful Credit Controller will be supporting with an ongoing project, working in a large team. In order to be considered, you must have strong communication skills and immediately available. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the following: Check customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements Resolving queries in an efficient and timely manner Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal proceedings if necessary Setting up of terms and conditions of credit Ensuring timely payment of debts through installing affordable and reviewable payment plans What you'll need to succeed: Qualified in or studying towards AAT / ICM / Qualification Worked in the following roles: Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk / Collections Clerk Good telephone manner and communication skills What you will get: Flexible working hours On-site free parking Job satisfaction Completion Bonus The Niche Partnership is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this role.
