Overview

An international company with a large presence in Norwich is looking for a part or fully qualified accountant with strong staff management skills. Providing guidance to an established team responsible for producing high quality reporting packs on behalf of the business. The team comprises of Accountants, Administrators and Team Leaders lead by the Accounts Manager and supported by the Associate Director. Key duties include: Responsible for the performance appraisals of staff, manage any poor performance and disciplinary. Learn and undertake all duties performed within the Accountant, Administrator and Team Leader role. Prepare monthly KPI's and improve the results. Liaise with clients to provide high quality MI and to resolve any outstanding queries. Oversee the efficient and effective running of the portfolio, including timely and accurate reporting to clients within the specified client deadlines. Deliver the business plan to service internal and external clients. Any other duties necessary to effectively manage the Accounts Team. Qualifications and experience: Preferable, recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) or substantial accounting and/or management operations experience. Strong people management, communication and interpersonal skills to manage large teams. Excellent Excel skills, to pivot table, VLookup and Macros Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required Must be flexible and able to work under pressure, multi task and effectively prioritise.
