GENERAL MANAGER, Truly stunning pub, West Sussex £40,000 plus bonus About the position A old country pub overlooking the rolling hills of the West Sussex area, a lovely location and perched on this beautiful setting in West Sussex. This Gastro pub offers a fine restaurant, 100% fresh food, private dining room and a traditional bar and 21 lovely bedrooms attached comfortable bedrooms. Weekly sales from £20,000 - £35,000 – if you have bedrooms experience this is a BIG bonus – your chance to work with a smaller growing pub company The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a dedicated and customer focused individual. Positive leadership and proven experience of running a successful food led pub operation is essential. The ability to capitalise on sales opportunities where needed. A hands-on approach will be needed leading a medium team, development and coaching skill the team where needed. The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the business including cash handling and stock control reporting to the Ops Manager Candidates must hold a Personal Licence and references are essential.
