Sous chef - Branded Restaurant

Sous chef required for a Branded Restaurant in Nottingham. The role is for a branded menu, straight shifts, hourly paid, easy food to cook. The role You will prepare the kitchen for service, record the food hygiene logs, ensure food is sent to the spec required, date stamp the food. The menu is a mixture of burgers, steaks and pre prepared dishes. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties Experience We are looking for a sous chef who can manage a branded menu and work to food spec's.
