Quality Surveyor - AISR Broughton Summary of Role: Primary responsibility is to find compliance with contract and regulatory requirements Proactively manage the identification of quality issues/concerns both internal and external customer originated. Support the Accountable Manager's and Head of Quality with defined Quality Key Performance Indicators. Reviewing changes to requirements and facilitating change management with the relevant stakeholders. Promoting a Quality culture within Airborne ISR. Main Duties: The primary responsibility is to find compliance with contract and regulatory requirements. Duties will also include: Assuring AISR remains compliant with the multiple Military regulatory approvals, and remains compliant with Raytheon's code of conduct and business practices Commits personal time and energy to pursuing improvements and innovations across the business and is quality focused Promotes risk based thinking in regards to regulatory and contractual compliance Promote change management within Airborne ISR Ability to generate business metrics Ability to review and assess business metrics to recommend improvements to the BMS Candidate Requirements: Essential: Must be well versed in , Proactive / Predictive Maintenance Techniques, 8D (RRCA) with sound knowledge of FMEA Must have a strong recent back ground in Quality Systems. Willingness to learn Desirable: CQI affiliate Degree in Quality Eligible for or Holder of current SC security clearance (Raytheon UK will sponsor as required).
