Overview
We have taken a fantastic opportunity for a top law firm based in Reading. The position would suit candidates looking to start a career in the legal sector. You will be working as part of a large team and the purpose of the role is to offer legal support to the solicitors and paralegals in the dept. Duties Include: Data input to open files and putting together client engagement packages Assist in maintaining business relationships with clients To assist/provide holiday cover during absences To provide accurate documentation, reports and correspondence following standard office practices and precedents, to timescales as required To reply to incoming emails and correspondence To make telephone calls as required to move matters forward and take calls as necessary and act upon them Administrative duties including but not limited to Assist with marketing and events Manage diaries and appointments Collating legal documents and accurate filing Other related tasks The salary for the position will sit between £17,000 - £20,000 plus a host of excellent company benefits.
