Overview
We are keen to hear from bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are interested in joining a well-established recruitment agency in the capacity of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to commence a career in recruitment, and to join a company that has enjoyed a number of years of success. In order to make a success of this role, you must be a hard-working individual who is willing to go the extra mile in a service driven culture. We are looking for someone with time management and organisational skills, who has the ability to work well under pressure, and who has excellent written and verbal English communication skills - a confident telephone manner is essential. A variety of duties and tasks are on offer in this role. You will be working on a range of different roles and will be required to speak with candidates over the phone and via email regarding these. This opportunity also requires you to update candidate records, write job specifications, actively seek new jobs and candidates in the market and be proactive when setting up interviews to ensure a seamless process. This role offers a great opportunity for the successful candidate to forge a career in the recruitment industry, and there are genuine opportunities to progress within this position and within the company. This position may suit a graduate or college leaver who is looking for their first full time job, but this is in no way a necessity and we are looking to consider applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds. Salary will be negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
