Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. To help establish the overall strategic direction of the organisation in a period of change. To ensure that the statutory and governance duties of the organisation are discharged effectively; and that the interests of a wide range of stakeholders are properly considered. To instil a culture of continual improvement and performance management. Ensure the organisation`s statutory duties are discharged, that the organisation takes proper account of directions or guidance issued by Government and that it operates within the limits of its statutory powers. Establish the overall strategic direction of the organisation for the discharge of its statutory duties, which are under review and likely to develop. Promote an integrated ethos throughout the organisation and foster a culture where safety is paramount. You should familiarise yourself with the requirements of the Company’s policies in respect of the Freedom of Information Act and comply with those requirements accordingly. The role description gives a general outline of the duties of the post and is not intended to be an inflexible or finite list of tasks. It may be varied, from time to time, after consultation with the post holder. Any other duties as designated by your manager and which are commensurate with the grade.
