Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Sources prospective secondary mandates from private equity sponsors Build investment models and prepare pitch books to present to private equity clients and institutional investors Project manage live transactions and maintain close dialogue with secondary investors to drive momentum Expand and maintain close relationships the secondary investor community Develop new creative ideas and solutions to sponsor needs and identify cross-product opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally within investment banking divisions, capital markets and private bank Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 5-10 years of experience in a similar position or related financial services position or prior experience in private equity Solid understanding of the private equity market Strong relationships in the LP universe Familiarity performing financial and valuation analyses and utilizing financial services industry databases and tools Outstanding communication skills when presenting to clients and senior executives Proven ability to develop creative solutions to meet client objectives Highly motivated and ability to inherit ownership with little guidance Attention to detail Proven ability to source new mandates and investor relationships Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Ability to work and navigate within a large organization
