Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. The post holder will manage a team consisting of GP clinical leads, chief pharmacist and named doctor. The company approach to clinical leadership is one of collaboration and as such, you will work closely with the company nursing leadership to develop integrated pathways. This role has the overall responsibility for the medical directorate including clinical audit and medicines management, delivering an effective function. You will join a strong, well-motivated leadership team where high standards are promoted and owned by all service staff and teams across all roles. As a senior Clinical Leader, the post holder will provide visible leadership across the organisation, particularly clinicians working in the service and in central roles. Provide clinical input into the day to day management of services offering support to the management team and working with colleagues on the review and development of policies and guidelines, and to have specific responsibility for those with an overtly clinical component The company are looking for our leaders to have an inspiring shared purpose, strive to deliver and motivate staff to succeed.
