Overview
A Top 50 Accountancy practice based in Central London is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join them. The Corporate Tax Manager will be working closely with the senior management team supporting them with the day to day running of the team, review of compliance and focusing on technical and consultancy work. The firm work with a broad range of clients from Property, Medical, Media and Creative, Technology and Hospitality sectors who are mainly AIM listed or large OMB's. Work will be varied and will include but not be limited to: Reviewing complex tax returns Managing junior members of staff Business Tax consultancy work EIS work EMI share options Assisting on ad-hic tax projects The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified, have strong business/ corporate tax experience and be able to read tax legislation and find answers to technical queries.
