We invest heavily in our mortgage advisers, providing comprehensive training, quality approved booked appointments and ongoing administration & compliance support which is unrivalled in our sector. Typically, our advisers will earn on average of £50,000pa to £55,000pa in their first year and in excess of £70,000pa in their second year. Our top advisers will command a six-figure income. We have significantly invested in our in-house built state of the art software to increase efficiencies, transparency and ease of use for all users and reducing paperwork where we can. We are recruiting In order to service the volume of leads we buy in; we are looking to recruit experienced Mortgage Advisers / Mortgage Brokers who have a proven outstanding track record in giving mortgage advice. Although the role is a self-employed Mortgage Adviser role, we assist by rewarding you on written business in the early days to help with your cash flow while you build your pipeline. We are looking for applicants who have at least 12 months experience in giving mortgage and protection advice to clients. At Your Mortgage Decisions, we provide you with market leading support throughout every step of the sales process, ensuring that you have the best chance of being successful. We provide regular opportunities for you to master and develop your sales skills. Our compliance team file checks 100% of our mortgage advisers’ cases to ensure that you and your clients and the company are protected at all times. Ultimately, at Your Mortgage Decisions our mission is to make you as successful as you can be. Working from home, you will receive an average of two to three qualified appointments a week. The appointments are conducted in the client’s own home. All of the appointments have been pre-screened and tested to strict ethical and placeability criteria by our client services team. This ensures that you have the best possible opportunity of securing the business. On average our advisers are converting one in two appointments into a sale. What you will you receive? You must hold a CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification and have at least twelve months successful mortgage and protection sales experience. Have experience within a fee charging environment is desirable but not essential. However, the willingness to learn and take on board new ideas is vital. The ability and will to follow proven processes and procedures. A "Can Do" attitude with a genuine desire to achieve a significant income.
