Overview
Role : Mortgage & Protection Advisor Location: Colchester Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 inc OTE We have a number of exciting opportunities for ambitious committed Mortgage & protection advisors to join an award winning team based in Colchester. Working with one of the leaders in their market they offer an excellent benefits package as well as uncapped earnings and warm leads provided Role Responsibilities Contacting new and existing leads and offering advice on new products, rates and transfers You'll be helping people find and apply for the right mortgage and making sure they are fully informed about what's available. Working in a customer's best interests, it's down to you to find the best mortgage based on their situation and finances and guide them through the whole process. You will be working from an office so the role is predominately telephone based although some visitors will come to the office to attend appointments Meeting sales targets is an important part of the role, so you will have to be motivated and enjoy working to targets The successful person must have: Good communication and listening skills The ability to explain complex information clearly Excellent customer service skills Honest and trustworthy attitude Financial qualification such as Cemap or equivalent Be able to work towards targets
