Experienced CDP required– Wine Bar & Restaurant – up to £18-21,000 Set in a village commutable from York, Driffield and Beverley areas Immediate start available with Live in This Chef de Partie position will suit an experienced Chef de partie who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This busy restaurant and wine bar have an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. This excellent restaurant with a growing reputation is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join this successful brigade of 4. The establishment uses all local north Yorkshire suppliers and is very proud of this fact. They utilise the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality. They gain all their meat from the butchers next door and have many links with local farmers for sourcing local game etc.…. This busy restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner and can serve up to 60 covers.
