Ref jw 20522 Senior Financial Administrator Central London £38k plus excellent benefits package My client’s is a highly regarded National Wealth Management firm that has gained a solid reputation for offering straight forward and practical advice to their clients. They have enjoyed steady year on year growth through referrals and recommendations as well as acquiring a number of smaller firms to help expand their network. As a result of a number of new Financial Administrators join their Central London head office, they are now looking for an experienced Financial Administrator that can step up into a Senior Financial Administrator role and help support and deputies for the current Financial Administration Manager. Working very closely with the Financial Admin team, you will act as their initial go to person within the team for all queries and technical issues, that the new and existing members of the team need assistance with. This role would suit someone with a very practical and hands on approach towards their work, that enjoys supporting and developing staff and doesn’t need to be micro managed. As previous experience in a Financial Administration role is more important than qualifications, my client would consider someone that either had no formal professional qualifications, or someone that was part way through their Diploma studies, or a level 4 Diploma qualified person. The key for this firm is the right attitude and team fit, so a highly professional and quality driven work ethic is essential.
