Overview

Due to the increase in the number of transactions in the Consumer/FMCG sector our client is expanding the size of their team and have a need to recruit an Associate Director in order support the growth of the TS business. You will be working predominantly on financial due diligence projects across buy side, sell side, IPOs and refinancing projects. You will also work closely with Private Equity (PE) firms. You will be responsible for advising clients across a broad sector base including Consumer & Retail and Telecoms Communication and Media (TMT) Experience: Strong academic background and ACA qualified or equivalent Extensive experience of financial due diligence, preferably with a significant proportion of this experience within the Consumer & Retail / TMT sector Strong personal impact and self-awareness Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills
