Overview
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 70 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing. We require a high quality, experienced and driven Mortgage & Protection Adviser to work for our award winning estate agency & mortgage broker business partners, Sarah Mains in their NEW MAB MORTGAGE SHOP They are an established, highly respected & market leading business and the shop will be open in LOW FELL, NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE and you will beworking on a comprehensive self employed basis with uncapped commission and bonus incentives and excellent upfront support package. You will expect to earn £40-50K in year one and after you are established it is envisaged that you could easily double these earnings This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity to work with market leaders Lead generation is key and this business are supremely pro-active and fully embrace the FS culture quality advisers require with appointments & leads being generated by walk in business, web based leads & referrals as well as ongoing incentives. You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation, administration & training support available, the ethos being work hard, play hard and a good sense of humour will be perfect You must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and will have advised on mortgages for at least 6 of the past 12 months.
