Mortgage and Protection Advisor - PRIMIS Mortgage Network - Gosforth, Newcastle PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced CAS CeMAP qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor/s to join a well-established Elite status Appointed Representative Firm (AR) of Primis Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation to be based in their partners highly successful Mortgage Advisory business in Gosforth, Newcastle . The successful network partner is keen to recruit a new advisor into their ever growing family of 20 whch includes full admin support. The advisor will either be an experienced existing broker looking for a busier, more rewarding and larger opportunity and one that has aspirations to earn significant sums alongside forging a true career with this well respected network partner. The business is highly successful with an abundance of introducers and a large loyal customer base with astonishing customer retention and referral levels - They do the job correctly. All leads are provided, Full Admin support, non-loaded protection and an excellent base salary DOE and negotiable of between £21,000 - £25,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £55,000 - £65,000 with existing advisors in the practice earning considerably more. Staff attrition in this firm is incredibly low - this shows the firm concerned reward and treat their staff extremely well. The partner has a strong emphasis on doing the very best by the customer and as such are a huge advocate of Protection - The candidate will share the same ethos and will have be able to demonstrate that protecting the customer is key to their role within Mortgage Advisory.
