My client is market leading security products manufacturer based in near Luton. They are seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team. As an Internal Sales Administrator you will be responsible for general admin duties and providing excellent levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining valuable business relationships Taking calls and voice mails, handling quotes. Contacting customers regularly to ensure their requirements are fulfilled Providing an exceptional level of customer service, advice, Expertise, stock and price enquiries Ensuring all aspects of customers accounts are maintained in good order General Admin duties, keeping areas of work tidy and clean Key Skills and attributes Prior sales experience (especially B2B) is a must No previous technical knowledge is required (but is preferred) Desire to develop business, maximise opportunities, exceed targets and truly own your job role
