Overview

Our client are offering an exciting opportunity for a confident, bright and ambitious professional to join their global marketing team of 4 in supporting new business development by qualifying incoming leads from inbound channels, including live chat and website email enquiries. This role is not about 'closing deals’ but working to convert leads into 'opportunities’ for the sales teams. Key responsibilities: Identify and engage with inbound marketing leads and prospects via live chat, email and phone to understand their needs Nurture leads in a consultative manner, asking questions and providing answers to understand their needs Qualify leads through a logical sequence Respond swiftly and efficiently to all inbound enquiries/chats from would-be leads Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targets including operational metrics i.e. response times Populate the CRM system with accurate and appropriate information about the 'opportunity’ Carry out basic research (via Salesforce, HubSpot and LinkedIn) to understand a lead’s current relationship/level of engagement What the employer is looking for: At least 1 year of experience working in a B2B customer focused position Full professional fluency in English Questioning nature (asking open ended questions) and natural communicator Self-motivated, self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills Comfortable on the phone and creating intelligent email outbound messaging Comfortable using CRMs and tools (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Ambition, a willingness to learn and develop professionally Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel High level of accuracy and detail 'Can-do’ attitude What’s in it for you?
