Overview
Advanced Fire Engineer required for my client, a leading UK based supplier of fire and security systems. They concentrate on the installing and servicing all types of new and existing systems to client requirements across commercial businesses. Our client are based near Bromsgrove and working on a multitude of sites across the Midlands. They are looking for a well skilled engineer who is capable of initial/takeover inspections on large sites fault finding and commissioning to the correct standards of a large range of fire alarm systems to join some of the other senior engineers. Advanced Fire Engineer Position Overview Advanced Fire Engineer required in the Midlands capable of initial/takeover inspections, fault-finding and commissioning on large sites. Looking for someone more senior within the industry that is able to assist younger and less able engineers with training and fault finding. Advanced Fire Engineer Position Requirements The successful candidate will be well experienced with Gent , Advanced, Morley, Ziton and Kentec amongst others and have an understanding and be able to work on Refuge, Gas Suppression, PAVA and graphics systems. The engineer needs to be able to travel and work away when required but not a large amount of this will be required, they may be needed to assist younger and less able engineers with faults and help in training. Extensive experience within the Fire industry. Able to do nights away when required. Any relevant qualifications are beneficial. Full UK Driving Licence Advanced Fire Engineer Position Remuneration Salary £30k - £34k (OTE £40k - £44k). Bonus structure available. Van included (Work use only). Regular overtime available. 5 hour working week. 1 in 8 on call. Standard holiday & pension.
