We are expanding and have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing Team at The Energy Check This is a fantastic role for a recent graduate or people looking to progress in their career. You will be heavily involved in the segmentation and allocation of data throughout our CRM system. In return, we can offer you a competitive salary, friendly work environment, plenty of opportunities to take part in further training and 2pm finishes every Friday If you’re interested, apply now This is a summary of the main duties involved in the Data Analyst role; Job Description/Duties: - Segment current data using multiple filters - Allocate segmented data to individuals within the CRM system. - Provide analysis and reporting on data worked. - Develop systems of continuous process improvement for the data we have. - Integrate unique data sets and pilot with select users - Conduct ongoing data cleansing and develop best practice for data users / input - Liaise with our data providers to ensure data stays current and we have completeness of records - Providing data manipulation to support marketing projects, e.g. tabulating, formatting or entering data into spread sheets in preparation for analysis. - Identifying trends and insights and extracting data to evidence these. - When requested, to assist in representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations - To positively approach sales opportunities to maximise sales revenue to meet and exceed the departmental targets. - To report any potential losses for the business to the department manager Skills and experience: - Working in a call centre environment (De sired ) - Previous experience of analysing data (Es sential ) - Previous experience working within Microsoft Dynamics (De sired ) - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Essential) - Excellent attention to detail (Es sential ) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89766082
