You will be heavily involved in the segmentation and allocation of data throughout our CRM system. In return, we can offer you a competitive salary, friendly work environment, plenty of opportunities to take part in further training and 2pm finishes every Friday If you’re interested, apply now This is a summary of the main duties involved in the Data Analyst role; Job Description/Duties: - Segment current data using multiple filters - Allocate segmented data to individuals within the CRM system. - Provide analysis and reporting on data worked. - Develop systems of continuous process improvement for the data we have. - Integrate unique data sets and pilot with select users - Conduct ongoing data cleansing and develop best practice for data users / input - Liaise with our data providers to ensure data stays current and we have completeness of records - Providing data manipulation to support marketing projects, e.g. tabulating, formatting or entering data into spread sheets in preparation for analysis. - Identifying trends and insights and extracting data to evidence these. - When requested, to assist in representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations - To positively approach sales opportunities to maximise sales revenue to meet and exceed the departmental targets. - To report any potential losses for the business to the department manager Skills and experience: - Working in a call centre environment (De sired ) - Previous experience of analysing data (Es sential ) - Previous experience working within Microsoft Dynamics (De sired ) - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Essential) - Excellent attention to detail (Es sential ) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89766082
