They operate in a variety of markets, including aerospace and defence; with the bulk of their business coming from the oil and gas market. With their UK site located in Oxfordshire, they continue to go from strength-to-strength and will be moving to a new state-of-the-art premises in a few months' time, which will become a industry centre of excellence. Reporting to the Coatings Manager, we are essentially looking for someone who has worked in a process role within a suitable industry to take a new key role as Coatings Team Leader. Previous surface coatings experience would be utopia however, my client recognises that people from a glass, chemicals or packaging background would possess relevant, transferable skills so would also welcome applications from people working within these industries. Regardless of where you come from, the ideal person will be 'hands on' and have already demonstrated or have the potential to lead a small team through the full life cycle of the coatings process. You will also have a shared responsibility of the maintenance of the equipment and machinery. My client is offering an excellent remuneration package of approximately £35,000; including pension, childcare vouchers, cashback scheme and life assurance. In addition, you will receive 25 days holiday, plus public holidays. The company is easily accessible from Oxford, Banbury and Bicester.
