Technical Management Consultant - Boutique Consultancy £60k-£100k p.a - UK based travel Are you passionate about helping top organisations make major complex change happen? You will be joining an award winning company that is changing the way people work and how organisations operate by empowering them to develop more innovative and forward facing operating models whilst embracing technology and digital change. Required Skills: 4 years experience in management consulting ideally working on digital transformation, technology consulting, agile adoption or heavyweight technical delivery. Big 4 or boutique management consultancy experience delivering complex business and or Technical change. Experience in Scrum, Agile, Lean and System Design Thinking and how they are applied end-to-end in an organisation to deliver a product or a service. Highly skilled in large-scale IT enterprise change / transformation projects & programs. Experience in a end to end technology delivery, with exposure to a wide array of technologies, methodologies and business environments. Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills. Experience in client relationship and team building. Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change. Strong academic background.
