Crucially, you will need experience delivering end-to-end CRM activity within a digitally advanced business. We are looking for an email focused CRM Executive or Email Marketing Coordinator, with an strong sense of creativity, balanced with an analytical mindset. Role Overview: Responsible for the end-to-end project management of all broadcast and automated email campaigns Overseeing the building and deployment of emails, adhering to email best practice and brand guidelines Lead data-driven calendar planning, ensuring CRM communications are matched with trading targets Identify opportunities in existing processes, tools and communications through audits, KPI's and metrics Insights and Measurement: Measure performance of CRM channels, build and analyse relevant reports and provide actionable recommendations and next steps from the results Deliver campaign insights to develop a stronger understanding of consumer behaviour and suggest ways to optimise plans in future Identify opportunities for new automated personalised CRM campaigns to support a best-in-class customer experience Support on forecasting and planning process in order to meet agreed KPIs and targets Demonstrate a test and learn approach to new initiatives and support the roll out of test learnings across all campaigns Ad hoc analysis - regularly present CRM performance updates and run ad-hoc analyses to support Managers/Heads in the decision-making process Communicate complex analysis clearly and simply and presenting in a way that tells a story from business problem to recommendations To Apply To apply for this role and for your chance to join this exciting, forward thinking business, please apply by sending your CV via the link on this portal.
