Overview
A leading investment company within the pharmaceutical research space, is actively looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced team. A really collaborative and relaxed environment, you will be working within a hub of assistants. A one to three role supporting at senior, all of whom are incredibly busy, a strong focus is placed on a dynamic and warm VP. You will be involved in extensive international travel and due to the high-level nature of each principle you must be happy gatekeeping and really protect their time. There will also be a lot of opportunity for you to get involved in projects, events and lend a hand wherever you can. With so much going on at any one time, this will suit an individual that knows how to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities at once. A great team mentality is a must and proven experience operating at the highest level, with a warm and approachable nature to really help build relationships across a variety of stakeholders. Candidates from a pharma or science background are preferred, but this would also be a great opportunity for or a proactive and methodical Executive Assistant to join an amazing team who really look after their staff.
