Receptionist / Office Team Assistant City of London £12-£14p/h Ongoing temporary My client, a City based financial services company is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and proactive Receptionist / Office Team Assistant to join a very busy and close knit team. The role is based on reception, although this is a very small part as 70 % of the role will be assisting the office with their overflow admin requirements and working closely with the PA’s and facilities assistant. This role would be ideal for someone who is solution orientated with a confident and approachable manner. Hours 8:30am – 5pm with flexibility and role ideally starting mid May. WHAT YOU’LL DO Typical duties within this role include: Monitoring the switchboard i.e. ensuring all calls are answered, directing calls through to the relevant people and taking messages where necessary. Meeting and greeting all visitors and keeping the Visitors’ list up to date. Sole ownership of organising refreshments for and clearing away after all meetings. Invoice management. Booking international travel and preparing itineraries. Assisting with event co-ordination as required. Responsible for organisation of all team weekly itineraries and diary management Supporting the Facilities Assistant as needed WHO YOU ARE Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Approachable and pleasant demeanour Experienced using a switchboard and Lotus Notes desired. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (esp.
