Calling all Office Managers Our client, an established and fast-growing Recruitment Company based in South West London, are on the hunt for an Office Manager to join their buzzy and vibrant office. Duties include but not limited to: Act as internal point of contact for all office & facilities queries Work with Operations Manager to develop and implement office policies & procedures Managing Reception inbox, and ensure all correspondence are responded within a reasonable timeframe. Managing internal Oversee and manage all UK and international offices administration requirement Building great relationship with suppliers and managers suppliers account Weekly reporting of telephone systems and assisting with sales team call reporting Leading the Front of House - ensure highest standards of guest management are provided Completing PDP, Appraisals, and weekly one to ones with Front of house team. Complete hourly house check for office standard & health and safety inspections Oversee, manage, assist with weekly orders for office supplies Oversee, manage, assist weekly company meeting Be the first point of contact for any IT failure and reporting any issues to Ops Manager Managing company drives, ensuring that documents are saved in the correct space Management of Gym Membership account, managing all renewals, contract negotiation, and onboarding and offboarding process Working alongside Operations Manager to implement Health & Safety procedures, guidelines, and policies into the business Assisting L&D team with the coordination and management of induction for new joiners If you are looking for a truly exciting company to work for that include company holidays, work & social events please apply for immediate consideration.
