Overview

Our client an international software company require an Office Manager to start ASAP. This role is expected to have full oversight of day to day operations in the London Office and provide support to the other offices outside of the UK. The main duties of the Office Manager are: Create a positive and welcoming environment for staff and visitors Manage services which will include liaising/communicating with Managing Agents, Landlords, vendors and consultants. Tracking and reporting on the performance of facilities services including vendors, service providers, mail/couriers, hospitality, maintenance, security, safety, moves/changes and any other operational requirements Keen eye for service improvement and proactively maintains processes and written procedures Manage office supplies/vendors Ensure the office complies with Health & Safety legislation and assist with new starter onboarding Manage the expense and operational budgets for the London Office Manage new offices/premises that may be opened in the region Region specific travel support Assist EAs and Events team with internal events Willing and able to undertake travel, on occasion when required by the Company. The successful candidate must have experience managing facilities in a tech (or similar dynamic) environment and have a strong understanding of building and monitoring financial budgets. You need to have project management skills, experience of managing staff remotely, past experience managing office relocations and be IOSH managing safety and NEBOSH qualified. You need to be a strong leader with a track record for engaging positively at all levels and someone who works to achieve positive outcomes. You need to be an excellent verbal/written communicator with strong customer facing skills and have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
