Job Title : 1st Line Support Industry: Public Sector – NHS Start date: ASAP Pay rate: £80 - 120 per day Location: London Duration: 6 months Candidate must have: At least 2 years’ experience within 1st Line Support Active Directory , SCCM and Exchange experience ITIL Foundation Certified Experience providing customer focused end user support The Role: Provide 1st support on Windows platforms Hardware and software fault diagnosis Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product If this sounds like the ideal role for you, please send through your up to date CV and expected daily rate.
