Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Candidate need experience working an IT role within an professional services environment (legal, insurance or financial) Are you an IT Support Analyst with over 12 months experience? Call handling experience Windows 7/10 Microsoft Active Directory administration. A year plus service desk experience Highly beneficial skills Legal Experience DMS experience (i.e Imanage, Filesite) Salary: £25-30,000 per annum depending on experience
