Overview
We are seeking experienced Support Workers to be based in Wandsworth and provide holistic care for 3 adults with learning difficulties such as Autism. ENS Recruitment is assisting a charity organsiation that has built good rapports with the CQC and owns residential homes and extra care services for the elderly, supported livings and day centres for adults with learning difficulties and outreach services across the UK. They are now expanding their services further and they are looking to set up a brand new supported living unit for 3 people in Wandsworth. Minimum 6 months experience in supporting adults with learning difficulties, physical disabilities Flexibility with the working hours as the successful candidate will be required to work on a rota basis including a combination of early, late, weekend and sleep in shifts What is offered in return? DBS checks will be carried out for free and the amount paid will be deducted from your first 6 salaries Employee discount scheme Childcare vouchers Bike to work scheme The salary offered is £18,037 per annum with a chance to do sleep in shifts for £41.50 per shift.
