Quality and Compliance Inspector | Supported Living for Adults Kent Salary: Circa £50k - £65k per annum - Experience dependant Candidate Requirements Experience working as a CQC Inspector including recent and up to date experience of completing CQC inspections Exposure to CQC inspections Supported Living background (essential) Remit Compass Associates are working with a private care provider who owns a portfolio of Supported Living services across the Kent Region. The provider is a growing organisation that are looking to maintain their high standards of compliance as they continue to grow. The provider has a lot of experience managing successful services and will continue to grow their portfolio within the next few years with the guidance of an Adult social care manager that has CQC specific experience to support them. Within the role you will be responsible to: Carry out inspections on each service. Develop a comprehensive report, to which Service Managers and Director can work towards to make improvements Create weekly / monthly reports detailing service quality and compliance. Create development plans to identify good and poorly performing services Conduct a quarterly report to strategise on future inspections will be carried out. The Candidate This role is an exciting opportunity for a current CQC Inspector that is looking to develop their careers within the private sector. The candidate is required to have previous exposure to CQC inspections in Supported Living, as well as have the knowledge and understanding of how to improve Services that require improvements. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and will have a full understanding of the tasks that come with the role. My client is looking for someone who has an eye for detail and can work well with various staff teams across the remit and ideally knowledge around medication compliance. Interview Process The interview process will be in a two-stage format. Summary My client is seeking an Quality and Compliance inspector with exposure to Inspections within a CQC capacity specific to Adult Social Care and Supported Living services. My client is offering a salary of Circa £50,000 - £65,000 per annum dependant on experience.
