TEST MANAGER / BUSINESS ANALYST Location: Reading, United Kingdom Secondary Locations: Ringwood,United Kingdom;Worcester,,United Kingdom;Bristol,,United Kingdom;Maidstone,,United Kingdom; Company: Marsh We have a fantastic opportunity to join our IT team as a Test Manager / Business Analyst. This role, which can be located in a number of our offices across the UK, including; Reading, Bristol, Maidstone, Ringwood and Worcester, is perfect for someone with a strong background in defining, managing and maintaining test excellence across a business, which includes the execution and oversight of testing and mentoring staff to ensure a best practice approach. Support the wider business change function in the capacity of a Business Analyst working as part of a project team on either an entire project or a specific component on a larger project. Produce concise, clear and consistent business requirements that: Have been thoroughly researched with the business stakeholders Demonstrate business improvements (from existing processes) Are documented, version controlled and are delivered within expected timescale Prepare proposals and recommendations that facilitate for decision making on scope, priority, risk and timings. Use techniques to design solutions that are scalable and future proofed. Design solutions that are fit for purpose and have appropriate checks and quality measures. Forge professional working relationships with key stakeholders What you need to have: Proven experience working in a similar capacity and taking ownership of similar responsibilities as a Test Manager and Business Analyst. Excellent communication skills, as well as technical knowledge and capabilities. Competent in the use of MS Office applications What makes you stand out: Experience working within an FCA regulated environment. Familiarity with the Acturis broking system. Six Sigma qualified.
