Our client a leading specialist Recruitment Agency are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Reading. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and recent Graduate looking to kick start their career within Recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be fully trained for sourcing talented people who are interested in progressing their careers and introducing those people to clients who need their talents. - The successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant will eventually be working on a 360 desk to develop new business opportunities as well as placing the right candidates to develop long sustainable relationships. - The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will need to communicate effectively with clients (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences etc.) to learn what is important to them to meet targets and build for future business. Key Attributes: - Must be a recent Graduate - Must have a good initiative, be self-motivated and hungry for success - Must have a strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills - Must have good IT skills Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (must be flexible) Salary: £20,000.
