Senior Onsite Recruitment Business Partner (Team Leader) Based on client site in London (IT/Tech ONLY) Overview - Who We Are: Lorien is a market leading technology recruitment business. Lorien has recently acquired a new RPO customer and as a result we are searching for a Senior RBP to work in partnership with this new client in London. Delivering Permanent IT/Tech Recruitment is at the very heart of everything Lorien RPO do as a business. This is one of the reasons why this client has partnered with Lorien to deliver on all their Permanent IT / Tech Recruitment needs. You must have a proven track record of permanent IT recruitment. If you have specialised in a specific vertical market (a niche within tech) even better. Worked in an onsite / inhouse or in an RPO capacity with strong Senior Stakeholder Management experience. People management (team leader) experience is an absolute must for the role. Job Description: This role is operating at so many different levels, that it will be exciting for someone who is looking at the next step of their respective career and would suit someone who has experience as: Senior Recruitment Business Partner (Tech / IT) People Management - Team Leader Senior Stakeholder Management You will lead and manage the team that will be responsible for the delivery of all the Permanent IT Recruitment activity for the client through Lorien. The onsite team will take a "hands on" approach and use the company branding to advertise and recruit for all their IT / Technology Permanent requirements. Beyond this stage, the delivery of CV's will then be via Lorien Resourcing's delivery team off site and if necessary managing 2nd tier / 3rd tier suppliers to supply the very best candidates for this client. The role will encompass all elements of the recruitment lifecycle working with the client from demand planning, resource approval and requisition, interviewing selection and on-board. The client will expect that Lorien will deliver best in class recruitment service and practices drawing on the knowledge and experience of our team. The client will expect this person to either have the knowledge first hand or to be able to work with the Lorien RPO team and act as conduit to ensure that the service is delivered to the highest level. Based on client site in London and working as part of the Recruitment Team, success in the role will be the ability to integrate with the business to act as a true trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the recruitment of new talent. We are looking for a hard-working, career minded and results driven individual with a high level of professionalism and ambition to be based on client site as part of Lorien's on-site' recruitment solution. You will be accountable for the recruitment process with a key focus on direct recruitment solutions - solely technology while also managing the recruitment supply chain - vendor management on all various recruitment projects across the whole business. Supporting the Onsite Account Director we see this person not only as a Recruitment Business Partner involved at senior stakeholder level with the client, but also a Team Leader and managing a team of proven trusted recruiters already established on client site. To be considered for this opportunity you need to have proven experience in Permanent IT Recruitment, driving direct recruitment strategies, streamlining the recruitment process, while also being responsible for the vacancy management and pipeline for the whole business. Have experience in dealing with queries around invoicing and escalations. You need to be able to effectively establish and drive client stakeholder relationships in order to build and develop our business relationship. Engaging with hiring managers, while understanding their recruitment needs so that you can ensure best practise and drive recruitment forward, with the recruitment supply chain to obtain the best results. Key skills: Permanent IT recruitment delivery Qualify job specifications with line management Liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client Proven leader, able to inspire motivate and lead a team Interest in coaching and developing team members Must understand the workings of an RPO Used to driving performance against KPIs, SLAs and GM targets Ability to identify process improvements and efficiency's in relation to recruitment best practice Develop, in conjunction with HR, an improved Employee Value proposition Identify commercial opportunities for the onsite team to develop the service portfolio. 3rd party management / vendor relationship This opportunity would suit an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner who wants to work with a market leader in this space. You will also have experience at "people management" as you will be responsible for managing a team onsite as well. It's important to understand that you will be onsite and very client facing and sharing the office space with all the senior stakeholders of this business. You will be hands on and involved in all aspects of recruitment for the business. You would need to feel very comfortable with this level of responsibility and involvement to be considered.
