Sales Ledger/Credit Controller To £24k crawley My Client is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller who has the experience to control the day to day workings of a busy Sales Ledger. Due to reorganisation, this busy Finance team are looking to increase and strengthen their team by recruiting a strong minded, effective Credit Controller to their Operation. This role requires a strong telephone manner and strong relationship building skills and will suit only a career driven Credit Controller who wants to make a positive impact on the Business Your role will include- • Collection of outstanding monies by telephone mainly • Working to strict deadlines • Allocation of monies received • Credit checking and opening new accounts • Reconciling the Customer Accounts and resolving any queries • Maintaining all supporting documentation • Working and supporting other parts of the Business including Reporting using EXCEL To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills at interview- • Strong Credit Control experience NOT gained from a pure Collections role or Call Centre • Ability to take accountability for your own ledger • Strong Excel skills ( pivots and lookups) used for regular reporting for the Finance Manager • This role will suit a proactive individual who enjoys change, a very busy working day and responsibility of controlling their own daily workload. • In return you will be working in a lively fun environment with a great team buzz In return for your commitment, you will be offered a definite career plan, an excellent starting salary, a happy working environment with an excellent supportive Management team and comfortable and pleasant working conditions.
