IT Support Analyst Lingfield, Surrey Up to £25,000 Plus Training, Pension, 23 Days’ Holiday As a leading technology provider, our client uses the latest technologies to manage and maintain their customers’ IT systems. Operating at the forefront of their industry, they work very closely with a range of schools and colleges and are now looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst who will be site based at a leading independent school in Lingfield, Surrey. This is the ideal role for an individual with a passion for all kinds of technology, backed by the patience to help people of all levels of technical competence. Taking on a varied and interesting role, you will have the chance to work with leading technologies at an independent school who are investing substantially in enterprise grade infrastructure to support next generation teaching and learning. As an IT Support Analyst, you will: - Resolve user support issues - Assist with the administration of the school’s network and IT systems - Work alongside a Senior IT Support Engineer - Ensure teaching and support staff are kept up to date with the progress of issue resolution To be considered for the role of IT Support Analyst, you will need: - To be a clear and logical thinker - A quality approach to customer service - Excellent communication and social skills Experience of supporting and administering some of the following technologies is also essential: - Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2013 / 2016 and Office 365 - Microsoft Server 2016 - Wired and wireless networks, firewalls and content filters - PCs, laptops, mobile devices and audio-visual systems Any additional qualifications will be beneficial to your application. The successful candidate will be provided with additional ongoing training. You must live within a commutable distance of the school or be willing to relocate.
