Overview
An entrepreneurial land trader is currently looking for a Senior Land Buyer to join their quickly growing land team. My clients culture is ambitious, aggressive and will allow you to have autonomy with your role. As well as sourcing your own sites, you will be provided with a supply of leads regularly from Junior Land researchers within the team. This will be coupled with an unrivalled bonus structure. My client typically purchases land with a planning gain as a value add. Land patch is all across the South East, with Surrey and Kent being primary patches. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying sites across the South East Appraising potential sites and completing due diligence Utilising and building up a contact base with agents, landowners and various stakeholders Dealing with local stakeholders You ideally will have: A strong local knowledge with contacts in the area Track record of land deals Strong negotiation skills This is an unrivalled opportunity to join while a land trader is looking for a hungry Land Buyer or Senior Land Buyer to complete the team.
